Sergio, I cant say I understand all of this FA stuff yet. Although it use to be about 50% went over my head, now I estimate only about 25% that I cant grasp. I see all they say they will use the money for is general corporate purposes, including working capital, I would think they would be more specific. Also I dont fully understand the provisions of Indiana business corporate law that they talk about.Im using WAVO as another learning experience. Joe
