Good morning Bob....I wish you would reconsider your position on talking with the DEPO people at your presentation in the Netherlands this week. You may be able to find out exactly why and how they failed so badly in front of the FDA. As you know the are scheduled to meet with the FDA again with expanded data. Do they feel the new data will overcome the previous FDA objections?
I,am sure it would ease the minds of many current and past holders of this stock if they could hear from someone who had actually met (confront?) them face to face.
Again, will you meet with them and let us know how they see their present situation.

Thanks for any assistance, George

Your attitude in last two posts on this thread is one of critisism and condemnation. For what its worth anyone who intentionally does this I feel sorry for. I am long depo at this level based on the delivery technology. Irregardless of DC outcome, the technology has value and DM could be a very big winner for this company. As far as Dr. D's unfortunate experience, my investment style is sculpted from a similar experience in a business investment loss encountered over 10 years ago. It was on the same magnitude and my ignorance of what to belive and not to belive was responsible.

<<Off Topic>>
Lets see. DEPO goes from $15/sh to $3/sh and is panned by
BOB while BOB promotes ETHCY that over a similar period of
time goes from $6/sh to $1/sh. Bob thinks a loss of five dollars
a share is much better than a loss of twelve dollars a share.
Gee, will Bob be as happy when he finds out he actually had
a larger percentage loss?

ETHCY VS DEPO
<<It is a controlled drug release company ( My Ph.D and all my publications are in this field) and I am very familiar with their work.>

For now I will except your position on which company has a better
drug delivery system. Damn, looks like its off to the BioMED library.

<<Their recent drop came as a result of the departure of Dr. Guy, CEO.>>
If my company's stock was about to go from $6/sh to $1/sh, I get
out too. Our resent drop at DEPO resulted in a couple of departures.
