Thanks for explanation Michael and Charles. I was probably a bit too harsh earlier, and I didnt realize that you sold only 16% of your total shares (for Charles)

Now I know I need to go work for a public company, or one that is being bought out.. those numbers are staggering.. 500K shares. If this puppy hits $10, you have a cool $5M. Damn damn

Right place at the right time.

Once again thanks for the explanations-- now I also see why the stock hasnt budged (and instead gone down) for months.. that is a lot of stock options and a lot of overhead... from a lot of people at CardCall. I didnt realize the full weight of this, especially for a stock that trades 30-40,000 shares a day usually.

Does anyone have a fixed number of the total # of shares (AND OPTIONS) given to Cardcall? I didnt realize the numbers were so staggering. Your talking about 1M shares just between the 2 brothers alone. Damn, that is a ton of overhead.

Mark

Michael:

Thank you (and your brother) for responding to concerns that had been raised over the last day. Also, you saved me the trouble of writing a message as I was planning to contact you. I guess that we can assume that you are still involved and continue to monitor discussions here on the thread.

While I imagine that you found the discussions of the last day a bit offensive (that we would question you intentions), I also hope that you can understand why we would have some concerns given the information that we had. Everyone is simply trying to protect their interests in this matter.

One question that you haven't addressed is whether you were selling shares during the time that you were posting on the thread. It is my understanding that because of your unique relationship with DCI that you would be free to sell shares at you convenience. And, of course, that is your right. The situation, in my view, is a little different if you were selling shares during the period when you were enthusiastically promoting the company on SI (January-February). You are under no obligation to tell us anything, but I think it would be an act of good faith if you could address this question. In addition, it would help any of us who still have doubts to put this matter behind us.

Thanks for your time.
