Jack: Sounds like you and I are pretty much on the same wavelength XECOM-wise. I own about triple your number of shares, but that's still no big deal at these prices (my average price is real low, about .15/share). Dilution is what's hurting us (Outstanding common has more than doubled in the last year/year and a half). To me it doesn't make much of a difference who's converting preferred into common and selling, selling, selling. It might very well be our good friends at FIG; but so what? Somebody is and that's all that matters. If you're staying in, you're going to have to deal with it. I don't buy the short selling sell from FIG one bit. I would guess that if the stock price ever gets up to the $1.00 range we're going to see a reverse split, probably 1 for 3. Full dilution at this point is about 20 millions shares. It's my opinion that you will pretty much know whether your hunch was a good one by late this year. Good luck. TJS
