Hello! Jane, In response to your posting #8864! You mentioned, " Is there something wrong with being female??" In my opinion, I see absolutely nothing wrong with being female! In fact some of the nicest , most interesting , and intelligent and sincere people I know are females! A few examples are Cheryl, Redhead, Kathie, Jane, my Mom, my wife, my daughters, and the list goes on and on and on. As I see it, part of the reason for my posting in the manner that I did, was partially in frustration and partially because I have heard enough bashing and mudslinging about certain contributors on this thread from LE.----The point that I was attempting to get across, was that I did not personally feel that the threads were any place for an individual to be making unsuitable comments addressed and singling out certain individuals ( especially when those individuals have invested their time and have been considerate enough to share their findings with their fellow thread members!). The example that I used, that you responded to, was only meant to be used as an example to demonstrate how quickly things can deteriorate if each and every one of us decided to start making their personal feelings known about every situation and individual that they didn't see eye to eye to on this thread! The other point I was trying to get across to LE ( and anyone else thinking along the same head set) was that if LE would like his or her identity and any/all details of his or her name, whereabouts, etc, kept a secret or confidential---then I have absolutely no problem or challenge with that at all---But! I will add one qualifier to that! That being , that LE also is prepared to give all other thread participants the same common respect , courtesy and guidelines as he or she is expecting! Time will tell ( in my opinion) if LE will be prepared to recipricate the mutual respect factor to all thread participants! In my opinion, LE's recent lack of respect and bashing fellow thread participant's character, will soon cease! ( But! Once again just my opinion!) In closing! Once again , Jane! I like females! I am hoping that the outcome from all this is that it serves as somewhat of a reminder to all of us that life on this earth is quite short in time spent, --- and wouldn't it be a pleasant experience if we just focussed on helping and supporting one another on the various threads and used this excellent communication vehicle to make everyone's life just a little happier! In my opinion? That potential does exist and does present itself! Time will tell us the outcome!
