In addition, the stock split *should* add to the upward momentum of the stock price, both in the days preceeding and following the split.
The psychological factor of the stock looking so "cheap" at $20-30/share will push the stock price upward.

Thank you for you prompt and very thorough, understandable, answers to my "demands". You are a credit to our community and this thread that you would be so precise and sharing.

To whomever asked about noticing the Form 10K being 1996. I DID. I just didn't know that it was necessarily obsolete in this instance. Thanks for affirming that.

Again, I feel much more comfortable making my decision, based on knowledge gained from you, Phil.
