Albert,

<Might make some investor nervous.>

Possbily some MSFT investors or short term traders <GGG>.

Albert it is clear that you simply don't understand what we long term oriented INTC investors are looking at. You don't care about the bigger picture because you are a short term trader. You are very closed minded and unwilling to accept other peoples investment styles. That's why you make many of the comments you do. This news which you claim could make some INTC investors nervous is a complete non-event since Intel's share of the PC's running NT5 or any other version of NT is much much higher than even their already large overall share. NT is an operating system used in basically two applications; servers and power users. Neither of these groups have shown much interest in AMD or Cyrix products.

Do you really think this news will have ANY effect on the long term value of INTC????

Please answer....YES or NO.

Looking to the future we have Merced among other things. Merced will be the future of computing for a while. All of the industry giants have backed Merced as the 64b processor of choice while no one really even discusses NSM's or AMD's post 86x road map.
