Paper trade your picks first to se if they are viable. Tuesday night I will be posting a 5 part explanation of how to create a Weekly portfolio - stay tuned. Crossy - The best way to know what kind of picks/dialogue any thread has is to read past postings. But this is a nice bunch of people - post your picks and state what they are for (short/long/immediate/etc.). We will all work with what is offered us... AT - As for selling what would constitute a large percentage of share traded on a given day, the key is to limit your sell so that it isn't filled unless it at some reasonable price - albeit lower than the day's range, not lower than the last 3-4 days minimum. ANAD - given th end of day trading Friday, it may have bottomed, but doing so doesn' men that a stock will rebound from there - it could hjust hang around and irritate you for awhile. lastshadow

Crossy<<You are looking for good shortterm trading opportunities in general<<..Of course that's what we are looking for as well. Even I post 2 watch lists a day GENERAL WATCH LIST and EARNINGS WATCH LIST. It's just hat in the last week, since the oil sector and some other general plays have been so profitable and conversely the earnings sector looked a little pallid, I stuck with general plays for the most part. April should be very challenging as a huge amount of companies report their earnings. jenna www.marketgems.com
