Short term trade definition / IOM.

Beachside,

We define a short term trade as 2 weeks to 2 months. In addition, we only buy stocks that we think offer a reasonable chance of appreciating 5%-10% in 2 weeks or 10%-30% in 2 months. While I don't think anybody can say for sure how long it will take a stock to move, you have to make a judgement call based on what you know at the time, including TA, FA, news, experience, and even gut feel. Based on these factors, I don't think IOM fits our criteria for a short term trade. I also think many other stocks offer better potential than IOM at this time.

Most of the time, broken stocks like IOM spend a lot of time basing before they are able to sustain a rally. In addition, I don't like the way the stock reacted to the resignation of the CEO. I'm simply playing the odds. It could rally $1 tomorrow, but the odds are against it making a big move in the short term.

Good luck with it. I sincerely hope that you make money on it in short order. I want to go back into it but just don't like the way it looks right now.

Dan
