KL, I know there are still a couple of unanswered questions but it doesn't appear we were as duped as some of us felt yesterday. Hopefully, the remaining answers will be forthcoming and satisfactory. I gotta go catch an airplane so won't be able to see what transpires until this evening. Dan

2) As disclosed on the Form 3 and 4 which was filed with the SEC, I exercised some options at 20 cents (approximately 80,000 out of my 500,000 holdings) and sold approximately 71,500 for net proceeds of $145,000 which I re-deposited into the bank accounts of CardCaller Canada. The company required some funds during the month of February. Sounds like he exercised around 80,000 out of 500,000 options and sold 71,500 of the ones he exercised. That would give you around 7,000 left. The rest is in options and would not be included in the share count. This is only my take on it, but appears reasonable from what he posted. Eric
