IMO: No one can honestly say what our shares are doing monday, until we receive an other press release from FAMH that states either: 1) We were premature in our announcement. 2) The current management is not currently aware that FAMH has secured over 50.1% of the voting stock, or Has signed agreements with stock holders. 3) Ira Pulls an other rabbit out of his hat. I'm more inclined to 3. Long on FAMH, with xxxx shares. (minimum price of admission) Laz Walk-on part by Kevin Spacey

I said it once and I'll say it again: LE/ITF work together: they are not enemies! Why? FAMH wants stock price low for as long as possible to buy back/accumulate. How to do that? 1) Cause investor frustration with brief, token rise in share price followed by dip + LE disparaging remarks 2) Disseminate rumours of good news (financials, etc.) but not produce 3) Come on line to butter-up shareholders expressing concern for their well-being while setting them up for the next mini-shake-out. Result? Cheap shares for Ira/FAMH/LE, et al. ITF prosecute/sue LE? hahaha! Will not happen. Who gets hurt? NO ONE if you hold long term. On the other hand, if you are looking for a "quick kill" then u b n in trouble! No doubt stock price will reach market valuation but question is when? I think next year, '99. (no joke, I'm serious). This is all staged, my friends, you'll see. No wrong doing, just the way the game is played on the otc/bb/pink. P.S. I'm not bashing and have been long since $0.27 cents -- so don't even try it! Just succumbing to frustration . Thought it might be a quick kill. Won't happen. More ITF/LE tricks to come. IMHO, of course
