Big Dog, actually, what I laid out is a lot easier to learn than getting someone to sign on the bottom line! But the bottom line is this: cash flow is a lot harder to manipulate than profits. Profits are illusory, but cash isn't. That's why financial analysts seem to have a fixation with cash. After all, its cash that pays the rent, not profits.
