Dave, Wondering is good. Researching is Great. I believe there is a lot of merit in the comments. I would like point out that we do need to be more critical and demanding of management and if we don't get satisfactory answers, then we should sell. We were told by the company and verified by other posters that the reason the audited financial's were not released is because of the Myriad deal having a material impact on the end of year 1997 reporting period. Not because it adds anything to the bottom line but because it impacts that part of the report for future 1998 projected earnings. These are amendments. If I am wrong on this point I'm sure someone will help me out. We were also informed that these numbers would be released to gain the greatest impact. Both of these reason are plausible. I will make one other observation, these numbers have been published in press release summary form. I will make one prediction, if there is anything wrong with them (which I doubt), people will probably go to jail, be fined or both and the stock will suffer an immediate meltdown and the management team who own millions of shares will suffer disasterously. The research that has been done does not support this stock being a scam as some would like us to believe. We have an aggressive management team that have much more at risk and so far have done a superb job getting us to this point in time. Kevin
