iNvestor: If you are as wise as I think you are, then you know that: 1. - I might also be classified as an insider by the SEC. With that in mind, no one in WDS wants you or any other investor to think that the announcement was anything other than a Press Release. 2. - I might be a professional expert in the matters related to the business interests of WDS. I was responding to a posting (a innocent one I am sure) that made it appear that the Press might have run the item on its own as an endorsement of the actions of either the Company or the CEO. I compliment the CEO for putting his money where his mouth is. A lot of others should do the same -- instead of selling when things are tough. He didn't and I like that even though I was obviously bidding for some of the same shares as he was! Rest assured that I do not think there was any negative spin attached to my posting. As a matter of fact, I think it is quite a positive spin -- in that it is positive action on the part of WDS management. As to the BB, I point out only the dangers of the BB, NOT THE POOR VALUES as you state. I think has is a high value to me. My comments are to assist others -- as an amateur -- not a pro. I am not here by choice my friend. I am here because I have to be here. I'm following a $32,000,000.00 investment that went from the NYSE in March, 1997 at $58.00 a share to delisting and to the BB at $.4375 a share on December 31, 1997. I learned the hard way over the past 14 months that you can loose EVEN MORE if you are not aware of the basics. Those basics are the rules governing MM an/or traders managing the seats on the BB -- rules that are very different than those of the big boards. I LOVE the BB. Find it fun to trade -- both over the Internet (E-Trades) or through a big house (Merrill-Lynch). But I lost my ass the first 6 months learning most of the trading games. By the way -- how much is "a baxxilion". Regards (I actually really do mean it), Hamby Hutcheson
