SMBenardo,

SMSI's share price appears primed for a bounce. At a current share price of 2 1/2, the stock price is now fractionally above the levels it was at prior to the historic agreement with Compaq. Though the run-up five weeks ago was clearly overblown, this sell-off is also over-done. What the share price seems to say at 2 1/2 is that the agreement was insignificant. Look for smart money to take advantage of those who are selling at this level.

Regards,
Robert W.

For the sake of disclosure, these are not recommendations to purchase or to sell SMSI's stock. Additionally, as of Friday, I have taken a minority position in SMSI's stock, which I expect to average down until institutional purchasers re-recognize the value and re-enter the stock.
