Hello Bruce,
I am still learning my way around the various forums on SI, and meant to post this reply here (mistakenly put it on the mutual fund forum).
Anyway, re momentum, agree wholeheartedly. Incidentally, Doug Casey also says the bottom is in for gold. Other msg follows:

"I'm new to SI, but not to following Gold. Being primarily technically oriented, I wanted to confirm your momentum comment. If you haven't checked, the Gold funds were in the market big time on Thursday and Friday. Weekly volume/increase for a few of the majors was: ABX 14,645,700 +2 15/16; HM 9,175,500 +1 5/8; NEM 13,059,300 +4/5/8; PDG 8,295,600 +1 7/16; FCX 5,623,500 +3 7/16. Looks like the bottom is in, and should have a good move. Glad to be on this thread, looks like a good bunch."
Best Regards; MtnBear
