John, Sometimes, you can put out all available information on a stock. You can't really say anything new until new information is available. To do so would be both speculative and irresponsible at best, and possibly even illegal. As for the management participation on this thread, I would have to say that any company that concerns itself more with the stock price and less with the development and growth of the company would send up a red flag for me. I DO NOT WANT to see the CEO's of the companies I am investing in posting messages about the stock performance on the internet. I would rather see them negotiating deals and running the business of the company. As far as the plants themselves, I may be wrong, but I think I recall somewhere on this thread links to actual photos of the plants which GaBard took himself and presented to this thread. You cannot even begin to imagine the time and personal expense this man put into providing us all with solid DD. Now if your decision to invest in this stock was based solely on the DD you saw on this thread early on, then you should be as comfortable with your investment today as you were the day you bought it, because nothing has changed. If you are not, you should probably sell it now, chalk it up to experience, and next time buy based on your own DD rather than that of others. This is one of those companies that you should treat like you would a blue chip. Buy it and forget about it. It is an INVESTMENT, not a TRADE. If you are looking for a quick day trade, there are thousands of other stocks ripe for the picking. But, in my opinion, MIDL is a long term investment. As for the shareholder's meeting, I may be wrong, but I don't remember the company ever giving a definitive date for the meeting at any time in the past. The date of May 26 has only recently come out. I wouldn't have a dinner party before the dinner is ready, and I don't think the company wants to have a shareholders meeting until they are completely ready, with deals in hand. I for one would be pretty upset if I went all the way to Dallas for a meeting that consisted of "this is what we want to do, or this is our plan" I would rather hear "This is what we have accomplished, and here is what we are doing right now." Again, I may be wrong, but I think this is what may be meant by "defining" the company. Statements based on definitive fact rather than speculative intent. Good luck to you. :-) Binder
