Suggest you take the "Stock Detective" with a grain of salt also.
Wait to see the Kiplinger report. You know nothing about the
"background " of the Stock Detective, but you seem to take is as Gospel. CAUTION.

I want to thank everyone who contributes to this thread, pro or con, regarding BAAT.

I've learned and am learning a great deal about investing and the Internet, not just about BAAT.

Thanks again.

Why BAAT should sue Stock Detective

The velocity of news is sweeping away individual rights it seems to me. Thus, the dark side of the internet looms large as yet another social experiment heads toward some unknown end.

Where is accountability in anything anymore? The reputation bashing words used in SD's Feb., 7 piece ought to be challenged by BAAT in a court of law. I would be in favor of a class action law suit by BAAT stockholders of record who suffered damages to be a part of any legal action. SD suggests something funny is going on and leaves you with a long Hmmmmmm. That is substance? And SD blatantly says BAAT is long on wind and short on substance!! They cite BAAT press releases touting 92mpg and refer to this as company lore!!! Substance is 93.2mpg - proven. Any apology from SD to it readers? The internet is killing small companies with what it is spewing out. Some is good but there is an awful lot bad!!

Bashing, shredding peoples lives and fortunes - seems to have found its way all the way from the White House to the internet overnight. Or is it because the moral compass in this country is indeed already lost on a national scale and greed not substance is the new commerce of the land!

Yet, clearly Kimberly you have not seen the piece. It is perfectly fine for them to use BAAT as an example becasue we had that 3 dollar run, but Kiplinger may have also given the positives on this stock such as "now things have calmed down, the SEC has not founhd anything wrong with BAAT, etc. etc.". Your comment is based strictly on Stockdetective? Maybe you should work with Starr...
