It's not a matter of providing higher margin services to a wanting customer base, it's a matter of retaining revenues while convincing federal agency people that the local loop is open to competition. i am glad to have you & scrapps, and tim & steve. honestly, all of you have taught me much, i agree with scrapps, too ( if my post didn't communicate that, i was not being clear enough...) and you have an awfully sticky point above. thanks for another patient explanation... the picture is approaching outer limits crystal clarity, at least in terms of our obstacles....
