that trying to get to $4 for a listing, before beginning to file was putting the cart before the horse.
Couldn't agree more. If I might modify it a tad, Carole, it's more like breaking up the cart for firewood while the horse is still in utero.

Bootz, Welcome aboard. Your train of thought is refreshing. I for one feel that the filing of form 10 is past due. The company must realize that having NOT filed at this time has hurt the share price. I don't give a hoot what the numerals look like. Further more, a conversation with Mike the IR made it clear to me that " you internet guys " were making to big a deal of this form 10 thing. The impression I'm getting from the company is that since we're not even close to a $4.00 per/ share price, the filing is secondary. I'll say it again, I don't give a hoot if we are .10 or $4.00 , we need to get established in the investor community with the form 10 before we are given a serious look. JMHO

<My recollection of our conversation is you thought the filing should come later,
several quarters later, to have some good numbers to show.>

Carole, this is what happens when both sides of a conversation don't write everything down. What I said -- or what I meant to say -- was that CSMA saying they wanted to wait a quarter or two to file in order to show vastly improved numbers might at least make sense as a rationale.

If they would say that, I would gladly wait a quarter or two for it, and maybe go back to lurking in the meantime.

From all I've heard here, however, that isn't what they're saying, and there I thoroughly agree with you. It's just that I'm still waiting...

<You called me at work, so I don't think I was in the middle of a half bottle of Gallo :) >

They don't let you drink at work? The Germans aren't going to like this approach to a global economy one bit! On the other hand, that's why I work at home.
