RISK FACTORS from ZITL's 10-K filing (second in a series)

"The Company sustained a substantial operating loss and net loss in fiscal 1997. The Company must generate substantial additional net sales and gross margins on its products and services and must successfully implement a program to manage cost and expense levels in order to remain a viable operating entity. There is no assurance that the Company can achieve these objectives. During fiscal 1997, the Company substantially reorganized and expanded its direct sales force for data storage products. Commencing in the fourth quarter, this sales force has been training to also sell the Company's software products. Net sales have not as yet risen to levels necessary to support the expenses incurred in this effort and there can be no assurance that satisfactory levels of net sales will be achieved in the future."

Soros, how long before ZITL announces anything similar to PTUS? --I'm not gloating, the PTUS board is a class act compared certain other Y2Ks. It's not too late to recoup losses and much more by shorting ZITL and waiting for a similar fate, and probably even worse.
Regards, Greg

Important extraterrestrial investment info from Yahoo's Mr Heartless:

I have heard from a reliable source that the contracts do exist with the governments of Mars and Venus.

There is a problem with legal nexus however. Zitel has not started work for concern that contracts with Earth companies may
not be enforceable on other planets. They want to ensure payment before starting. There is also so concern that the currency of
Mars is not fully convertible with any Earth currency other than that of Malaysia, and the currency in Venus is best described as
something very close to an earth chicken. So Zitel wants to be paid in gold, which is even more scarce on Mars and unknown on Venus.
In compromise, Mars has offered to pay in baseball cards and Venus has offered more home movies of Pam and Tommy Lee.

But the good news is that it is now only 1996 on Mars and 1995 on Venus. There are several years to get the nexus problems solved
and the remediation finished. However, I hear that the Zitel camp is very concerned about rumors of Keane contracting with NASA for
old space hardware and buying chicken farms in Arkansas.
