Walter,

Did you notice the date of the second article you
mentioned:

rcrnews.com
(July 28, 1997)

Do you believe this is relevant?!!
Ross

Walter - re: your link:
rcrnews.com

A Chinese technician at the launch site probably accidentally spilled a little herbal tea on it before-hand.

Not a big deal though - since Iridium may be obsolete in a few
yrs if some company purchases my billion buck idea :-)
for say -- a mere 500k - ha ha

If Moto wants the idea - perhaps 500k of stock would do :-)
I may have perked up Bill Gate's interest - since his
Teledesic venture is like squashed jello at the moment :-)
(he seems to be reading my threads..if it is indeed him..ha ha)
Kinda hard to sell something that's only an idea though - 'cause
knowing Gates - he'd say "I want a refund - I don't think it's a good idea" & then proceed to implement it. ha ha

Ok Bill - how 'bout a job with a fixed contract - lets say for 10 yrs at fixed $$$k salary? :-)

Walter,

it's an interesting indicator but it doesn't work for LU. it seems to imply that the more e-mail, Scott Adams get from a company, the more likely it is not a good investment. and LU has been going through the roof.

thanks for the amusing site, though.
