Casey, first are these numbers more or less correct? Last time I looked at the "average cost" of a plant it was $15 MM right? $1.5 billion in "non recourse financing" is a very big number, and frankly I do not expect this money to be raised either as debt or as equity, at least not "very shortly". The principle is the same, however, people that put money at risk (equity or non recourse debt) want to get paid for it, so before we talk "big" numbers let us go back to realism. The people that put that money upfront will be paid before the shareholders, not after the shareholders made big money. This company always manages to come up with a new story to , for lack of other words, pump the stock, so that PP's and now Reg D holders can make money on their investment (and frankly, one thing you must admit, Rene is taking goos care of his backers). The last one was of course the "Koreans" are coming, just next week, just next week, so said the IR department for weeks. Well, we are now 3 to four months later, and I see no one mentioning the Koreans anymore. History with this company simply states that you can expect another, for lack of other words, hype induced rally very shortly here. Of course the story of 100 plants is just as good as any to soak greedy investors in. If you are agile enough to play the up and downs, you can make money here, but for those "long term" investors" that bought the stock in the 3's and are holding in the hope of big things to come, the next big event will be , IMHO, a reverse split. Now, Casey, you ask to my agenda, I do not know, could you suggest few alternatives from which I could chose? Zeev
