Abdol Ali Moezzi,

Sorry its taken me so long to respond to your post, I've had a busy couple of days and haven't been on SI lately.

I've been using TA for the past six years and I've discovered that the patterns that develop in stocks can be short term (days or weeks) or long term (years) when developing. If you have access to some long term charts on Co's, look for stocks that go nowhere for years and suddenly breaks out and move up sharply. Anyway what happens is a long term pattern comes to a conclusion and the breakout occurs. This in my opinion is whats going on with SVRI. The chart often anticipates the fundamentals changing for a Co.

So my formula for trading is to find:

- Stocks that have been beaten up badly, where you also have;

- Quality insider buying (multiple insiders + Good number of shares purchases).

- Plus TA to know where to take a position. After all buying as close to the bottom is the best way to maximize your return.

I hope this has been helpful, and of course I hope I am right.

Good trading.

J.Claudio
