This idea of persecuting RMBS because the IP business model is not proven is absurd. Each case needs to be taken individually.

Other companies have been essentially IP deals, but not called that. For example, ADOBE Postscript.

RMBS invented something and refined it for 7 years. Intel signed on. RMBS will collect huge sums of money for years to come. There will be no competition with RDRAMs once Intel is in production with the chipset.

Just like TI was collecting 100's of Millions of $s per year on royalties, so will RMBS.

Does this justify an entire industry of IP companies? No. Does it mean that RMBS stock will zoom past $100 per share by '99? Yes!
