Ramsey, The article refers to individual investors and their new distrust of the Japan financial sector. From what I'm reading, this will compound the problems faced by Japanese banks and businesses. As the monies of the investors flow out of Japan the financial sector must pull back monies they have invested Internationally. Again, from my readings, individual Japanese investors are not likely to take financial risk. They would be more apt to enter US bonds and conservative Mutual Funds rather than making investments in Asian markets, particularly a market like S.Korea. For what it's worth, Ron
