The two companies intend to work together in conjunction with an IBS client to pilot the service starting this fall, with general availability anticipated for first quarter of 1998. Development of the service will be based on the Open Financial Exchange (OFX) standard for electronic bill presentation recently published jointly by CheckFree, Microsoft and Intuit.
