I agree with you in that: If Bemer is taking Vertex commercial in the next week or two, things will start to move. I truly believe this company will do well. If you have read my previous posts you would have seen my comments about the market makers and the trading environment of a stock. I feel this is extremely important. I parraleled KMGG and TPII and the market makers involved. I also indicated that TPII should look into the market maker activities on TPII to determine the true nature of the drop in price of TPII over the past year. Was it pure selling or was it illegal short selling? These are questions that must be asked to the company. More importantly, if there is a short position, does that short position still exist? I feel that the stock is on its way up for good. So I am keeping my eye on this one. I agree with the approach KMGG took in reagrds to the illegal short selling and it appears to be paying off. They issued the March 6th press release, will call in the certificates, and have the SEC involved in catching the short sellers. All of the above are leading to an intersting situation. Perhaps TPII management consider looking into the circumstances that have created at .44 stock price.

For those who had read my post on kmgg at $1.22, the stock went up to $1.55 on friday and more importantly. I am attaching you a link to the Technical analysis thread which indicates that the Technical analysis is calling for a dramatic rise. This goes back to the March 6th news release about the illegal short selling (I hope you all read that article). I think we are in the midst of something interesting on KMGG that hopefully will happen with TPII. They both have the same market makers and were both at .44. The key thing is: IS TPII being shorted.? I hope to get a discussion going on this one.
