Two Business Codes (5777 and 2659) have been offered on this thread as elections on Schedule C for "traders". Does anyone have comments on which one might be more appropriate?

Robert you suggest a trader might incorporate to illustrate some distinction between a trader and an investor, but what is the choice between an S corporation and LLC? When you compare the two, what are the advantages and disadvantages?
