Folks lets not get too high of expectations of news first thing Monday. All this "NOPE" if not fullfilled will surely lead to a sell off that is not warrented (spell) . Don't get me wrong, as a long time holder and recent buyerI would like nothing more. Anyway, have a nice day and good luck Monday.

I just want to point out that if the lawyers did not tell them that the situation is resolvable, they would either get different lawyers who would tell them it is, or they would not get lawyers at all.
It simply does not mean anything.
