Kurt,
Yep, I have that, and have a double-clickable Netscape file on my desktop that loads freerealtime.com in the left frame and yahoo quotes/daychart in the right frame. I adapted it from AAPLTracker, which I think I found on Eric Yang's MacEvolution site. Here's the code:

<HTML>
<HEAD>
<TITLE>AAPLTracker.html</TITLE>
<META NAME=GENERATOR CONTENT="Claris Home Page 2.0">
<X-SAS-WINDOW TOP=72 BOTTOM=643 LEFT=232 RIGHT=762>
<META HTTP-EQUIV="Refresh" CONTENT="120">
</HEAD>
<FRAMESET cols="50%,50%">
<NOFRAMES><BODY>

<P>This page is designed to be viewed by a browser which supports
Netscape's Frames extension. This text will be shown by browsers
which do not support the Frames extension.</P>

</BODY>
</NOFRAMES>
<FRAME
SRC="http://www.freerealtime.com:8000/quotes?symbol=aapl&action=Get+It%21&type=Extended">
<FRAME SRC="http://quote.yahoo.com/q?s=AAPL&d=1d">
</FRAMESET>
</HTML>

BUT, I still like my Repeater Applescript because you don't have to know or edit any HTML AND it works on ANY page you're AT. I use 'em both.
