Bob, if indeed there are only 62 MM shares, then the current valuation seems alright )pending I presume some financing to undertake all the drilling), I am not sure where this number comes from, can they not issue something in writing so every one can see and make a fair and simple evaluation of the company? The company is the one hurting itself by not being forward with simple numbers about their shares, their cash in the bank, the side deals they may have with the Swiss company from which they have licensed the technology etc. I for one, would not invest in this company until I knew what these numbers and arrangement are. If the stock is manipulated outside the range of its fair value, do not blame me or other detractor, tell the company to come clean with numbers. It has been more than a year since this question was asked and nobody knows for sure the simple truth about the number of shares outstanding and the number of shares committed to the Swiss outfit.
