How on earth would I know whether Costco even sells Velveeta? I seriously doubt it, however. I would not even bait a mouse trap with Velveeta, or feed it to the raccoons in our backyard, because it would be an insult to the animals in my neighborhood. I give my cat Lizzie a treat of grated cheese once in awhile, but she likes provolone and gouda best. I am sure she would turn her nose up at Velveeta, and leave the room, even if she were starving. Costco is really a yuppie store, in my opinion, and I have trouble imagining them selling imitation processed cheese of any kind. The only cheese I buy there is very sharp Tillamook cheddar, and European goat cheese once in awhile. I think Costco is good for pure maple syrup, milk, eggs, tea, coffee, roast turkey slices, and gift packs at Christmas that make very nice presents. You must be cooking for all the homeless people in Connecticut, or something, because my opinion of their spices is that a lifetime supply is contained in each bottle. I did buy some parmesan cheese there, but my daughter assumed that it was rancid because she saw it sitting in the refrigerator for more than a week, and threw the huge container away!! She is lucky that I don't believe in spanking children, because I was really upset about that. Much of their frozen food is really junky, and full of ingredients that are not purely healthy. They have very good deals on well aged, single malt Scotches, however. I wish I had some right now!! I bought my child an all cotton sleeveless undershirt at Costco, and it faded very rapidly and the hem came unravelled. Their clothing seems to have very little style, for the most part. I cannot imagine a man of your obvious taste and sophistication wearing $20 leather sneakers. Perhaps I shall have to reconsider my image of you!! The prices have definitely gone up. They pay their employees very well, and offer really good health benefits, however. I really like to support socially conscious companies like that.
