Ray, thanks, here is a print of the preceding link.

Digitcom will remain able to take an aggressive
competitive position while rolling out our suite of
Networked communications technologies because we
have: a) based the DiV-N application on proprietary
technology and, b) patented "gateway" software
development between the Public Switched Telephone
Network (PSTN) high-speed Video Network and the
Internet, and c) because IntraVoice and FAXport functions
with standard PC architectures and switched network
protocols?with the attendant economies provided by the
generally falling prices in these industries.

Strategic Alliances

Other business relationships will contribute to the success
of the Digitcom Interactive Video Network and IntraVoice
product. Digitcom's marketing relationships with local area
operating telephone companies (LACs), Digitcom's
extensive network of telecommunications equipment
dealers, and strategic alliances with large Information
Providers will inject a development resources into the
Network, enabling the Company to be very aggressive in
marketing this innovative online service. These
relationships, and Digitcom's solid ongoing voice
processing business provide a firm foundation to
introduce the first consumer video-conferencing online
network. Digitcom is poised to lead the development of
this entirely new industry.

My only comment about this link is that it is old and currently apart from the 800lb gorilla AT+T I am unaware of any of the other players/competitors in the current markets which DGIV is addressing.

Also, note the web page is reported to being updated, I'm still waiting to see when and of course what it will look like and what it may say about business plans as well as other Key financial data including business model and current growth/revenue projections.
