RMIL released an 8-k stating that they owned assets to a business called MVPH. While NETZ is not RMIL, I will have you know that MVPH states they are not owned by RMIL nor have any affiliation.

So, from that viewpoint, 8-k's can say anything they want. Try releasing a 10-k and then we'll see where the Snickers bar licks.
