MM,
I doubt that it will take a year, I'd hope it's just around the corner. When they are a reporting company it will open the door to a different kind of investor. Ones with real money! I'll take the chance on this.

<<So, whether registered or unregistered, if there are more than 500 shareholders, which
is very likely, and NAMX does not file any reports this year, it means NAMX's
reportable assets are less than $10 million -- despite suggestions otherwise.>>

The assets of the estimated reserves is a recent development as the shareholder numbers also most likely went over 500 very recently. How long would the SEC give a company to do the needed auditing and paper work and file? Long enough, I would think.

Also you are still ignoring the investment KNE is making by building and paying for the gathering system for the wells. They would not do that if there was no gas to justify the expense. They would not do that without checking everything out first. Choke pressures, flow rates and doing their own estimate. The fact that they are going ahead is a major flag to me that things are good.

I stated this already to you and you totally ignored it just as you still ignore the Geophysic estimates of the reserves. You are not being sincere at all.

You are ignoring the fact that UPR has enough confidence in NAMX from the previous wells drilled on their land to enter a new agreement giving NAMX the right to drill on a huge piece of real estate, not just the few acres in the farm-in agreement.

You are ignoring the fact that revenues from nebraska are just around the corner. What will that do to the stock price? And the calling in of certificates? The shorters better run. Maybe you should buy in MM! <ggg>
