Points taken. We'll have to see. I don't want it to be true, but I can't ignore the possibility. If you are correct though, it seems like they got pretty far before they brought the banks into it. After 4 months, I would think that DBCO's debt would've been discussed by them and the lenders long before the announcement date of the deal being cancelled. I'm not a deal maker, so maybe that's normal. Somehow, I just don't see how DBCO's debt caused the banks to nix the deal at the last minute. We'll see.
