$B keep an eye on TDW. It reports on Thursday. .77 one year ago versus 1.07 this year. Watch for a resurgence of the oil sector this week.

Da Picks from da scans! ERROR: delete GNZ mistakenly pasted. Typo: ASDCT should read ADCT
corrected list follows:
Ok here they are, with a few comments: (ob = overbought, os = oversold, BB = Bollinger Bands, mom = momentum)

Also, stop limits are changing: Stocks $5-$20 range I am using -3/4 as a stop limit. Stocks $20+ range -1 pt stop limit.

Combination of TA and value plays:

*CEFT; ready to break out of os
OMI: (WATCH) buy @ 17 1/2
UICI: strong chart, just entered ob, but has room to go.
*OH; just left os, strong stock..good sector

Value plays: this week 1/2 of the list is OIL related! Most of these have gone into overbought territory due to last weeks. All the picks form last week were great shorts for the first 2 days of the week. The stocks quickly rebounded and some are again candidates for shorting (see bottom of post for shorts). However, even these short candidates have good long term potential.

This weeks plays are:

*TDW; contrary to the other oil stocks, this one just entered os, +mom, and + wilder.

*ADCT; + wilder, + mom

UNDERVALUED: These are stock with good movement to the upside. Usually strong companies

*FAST: moving into ob territory but a very strong stock

*NAUT

ORCL

*SSAX; bounce off 25mda, just entering os buy at 7 1/2

*VOX; nice bounce as it left ob area, wants to get to 8 + wilder, + mom

NUE; in os, all signs are positive

*GNT: play this for pop, just left os

ADCT: +mom, wants to go back into ob territory..driving price higher

*CHIR; entered os, + wilder, + mom

*IRIC; moving to os, + mom, + wilder, trending along upper BB

QMED: basing @ 8.00 range, + mom, + wilder

TA breakouts; this scan doesnt produce many stocks...very narrow..but they do very well..

*FMY
*YFCB
*WLF
*FG

POSTIVE BREAKOUTS: Modeled using Telscan searches combined with the Vector Vest" theories: vectorvest.com

SOSS; + mom
BVF; + mom, + wilder, stochastics upturn

Note: nearly all of the stocks in the positive breakout list are in overbought territory. These may be looked at as potential shorts...however, these stocks are very strong..thus limit orders are a must. Overall, mid term holds on the list.

Stocks common; these are stocks that have shown up on more than one scan; These do well long term.

*NAUT CEFT *FAST ORCL *ADCT

Shorts:

ESV
NBR
KEG
SII
EVI
TBI
CDG

Again set the appropriate stop limits.
