Zeev, I see you are being disingenuous here. The company just drilled the wells a few months ago and estimated the reserves that gave it the valuation of about $101,000,000 in gas reserves. I don't know when they passed the 500 shareholder level but it was recently also. So they have to be reporting and the SEC will be monitoring but will also give them time to complete auditing and file the needed papers. You are twisting things along with MM to make them sound as bad as possible. We are seeing a new thing on the internet as the medium enables unscrupulous people to drive large amounts of investors from a stock through fear mongering on the internet. This is especially easy to do to non-reporting penny stocks and that is what the article I have posted a link to here many times talks about. Illegal shorting of penny stocks by "market professionals". We have also learned from another poster that these market professionals will pay bashers $2-4 thou to bash a stock they are illegally shorting and drive that stock down. Those tactics sound alarmingly close to what happened to NAMX at the time of it's recent "almost" breakout. Now it has fallen from .20+ to about .09. Not bad for a shorter.
