Everybody knows ACRT has grown year over year. What you should be concerned about is deteriorating margins and falling profits on a SEQUENTIAL basis. In the last quarter net income actually dropped from the prior quarter. Should be interesting to see what they do and if they make the 16 cent number.

Davef, no less an authority than delkil came up with the 16 cent number from the latest II report. It seems like a reasonable quarter number for a company trading at 14 or 22X annualized quarterly earnings.

IshDad - this is from Individual Investor Online's 3/12 article on ACRT:
"Management sees continued growth in earnings and revenues due to the TAD program. For the third
quarter, ended March 31, earnings are expected to be between $0.14 - $0.16 per share -- a 400% increase
over the previous year's quarter and up about 19% more than the previous quarter."

My impression was that II came up with these numbers, and I could have sworn I saw somewhere that
management was "comfortable" with these estimates. Can't find the link though.
