The sales of digital cameras will double this year. Last year 5500 cameras were sold in Finland. According figures so far markets will double this year. Digital cameras cost 550 - 18 000 and are not yet within the price range of a regal consumer. ..etc... from "Taloussanomat" - "Economic press.." Finland. Do you have any retail figures ?

Thread, a while back I asked people to e-mail me if they had digital cameras, as a flawed attempt at a survey. I didn't ask anyone who didn't have one to e-mail me. Anyway, three people said yes. If you assume that x number of people read this thread, and that half those having cameras responded, then we have 6öx percent of thread readers owning digital cameras. Not many. But again, the confidence level of this survey is low. Thanks to those who responded.
