Forgive me Marko, to springboard off u to say... In re. ATXI and FAMH, there must be a pr before the opening Monday or ATXI will crater fast. I still have FAMH, after boneheaded luck caused me to sell at the bid high Fri. at .66 only to buy back in @ .65 thinking the deal was too hot and I still wanted to dance w/ the floozy in the red dress while my wife wasn't looking. She been good to me, aaaaahhhhh! Then came the after closing battle of the pr's and egos and the kills on the Biz Wire. Some kind of mutual ann. before opening is critical or there will be a bloodbath, IMO. Reidel needs to realize that the appearance of FAMH in the last week is what saved his co. from slipping under $1 and being delisted. I hope he doesn't stiff all his shareholders. As for me, I'm out of ATXI, so safe on that score, but will still be hurt on the FAMH side tomorrow unless there's good news that the deal is on. But, FAMH can better stand the news that the deal's off. And as for techstocker's attack, what's the diff tomorrow for FAMH--same situation as middle of last week. Promising situation, junkyard dog CEO, Myriad a few days away, another co. to merge w/ can be found at the next dance. Don't get apprehensive and sell, FAMHily, that would play right into the MM's hands and they'd butcher us. Imagine their adrenaline and blood lust over this weekend thinking about what they want to do the the ATXI longs tomorrow. ITF, let's not take a hit tomorrow iof things haven't been worked out--it is getting way late. So, Ira, if you don't have a fuse lit to save the ATXI thing , I humbly suggest that you put out a pr before 9 am saying: 1. eveyrthing's cool; 2. numbers tb released immediately; 3. Myriad closing reconfirmed w/ a (your) blood oath; and 4. you've picked, and are in discussions w/, a more suitable merger candidate. Missle launched and FAMH steady. Anybody want to shoot me down? Luck to all, Gary March 29
