Between February 13 and 24, 1998, Michael Dell sold 480,000 shares of stock worth $61.4 million.

On February 23, 1998, Mort Topfer sold 150,000 shares of stock worth $19.4 million. This constituted 31 percent of his entire holdings.

What a hypocrit Topfer is! He is hyping DELL's prospects, saying there is no PC slowdown, yet he is selling a substantial portion of his holdings in DELL stock.
