First I heard of it. Will call the company to clarify. Not sure why they would do this as drilling is to commence w/n this next month. Will get back to you on this..

Dan Jay,

Called the company this morning and found out that they are NOT considering a JV with anyone on this property at this time. The question posed to me was "Why would we consider doing something like that"?? I indicated that a rumor surfaced on the internet over the weekend prompting this phone call.

Drilling is to start late April early May. They are permitted for 12 holes but will drill 3 at this time.
