Unfortunately, it's futile to color, embellish, extend or make eloquent speeches about hogwash. That doesn't stop some from trying. Especially those, who don't want to face the fact that their entire belief system is nothing more than historical poppycock which has grown to industrial proportions. I am quite serious, and those who follow one or more of the hundres of varieties of codswallop are what fuels it. In the name of religious tolerance, I think we have unfortunately created an industry whose very foundation is intimidation and false promises. If you watch some of the Sunday televangelists you'll see what I mean. I have to admire their entrepreneurial spirit and the dusty old historical artifacts upon which they base their hypocrisy are really a nice touch. Now it's about money, it's always been about power and control and today's religious followers will be tomorrow's laughing stocks. I can see children a few centuries from now snickering at the stupidity of their ancestors as today's children do now.

This thread is becoming a joke. The most boring dialogue I have ever had the displeasure to wade through. From now on, I am clicking next when Graystone enters his meaningless diatribe - he has nothing of any value to contribute or that is in any way edifying. Shalom, I would appreciate it if you would add some of your own thoughts for some context. I can read verses in the Bible whenever I want. And I am not saying don't provide scripture, but endless submissions as you have made do not help anyone learn. How about some commentary and background and personal thoughts? Since I won't be reading anything Graystone writes, I guess I will miss out on his empty response to this note. If things don't get any better, I am removing this board from my favorites. No offense intended.

God Bless,

Rick
