Techstocker, The majority shareholders, from all appearances, are trying to oust the CEO and the current board. We don't have all the details but it is an internal ATRIX fight that has little to do with FAMH. Speculate beyond that but those majority shareholders want a new management team and FAMH was looking for a company to merge with for the NASDAQ listing. It behoves the current ATRIX management to drag their feet because they will be replaced with a new management team from FAMH if this happens. Now, put that into perspective and you will see why they will target FAMH and try to slow down the process. Now you know about as much as the rest of us. Only you got it for free without having to do any research. But, there is much more to learn so by all means jump in and contribute. Kevin

Techstocker, okay, but still how do you arrive that FAMH is a scam out of two sentences??? Doesn't 19 years in business mean anything to you? Tell me of another company which has survived 19 years as a "scam" company... Dusty
