Hey Eric, just a note...

The various loans we have seen made to GE by banks in Houston are backed by Mary Erickson's parents, who happen to be multi millionaires. She of course owns GE and is the largest share holder(under Ron's direction). Her parents live in Houston, hence the loans out of Houston.

The company did not get the loans on any merit of it's own, only because of Mary's parents. I know this is not good news for shareholders, but is fact.

I still believe, having been there, that GE can succeed on it's own merits. I just hop it is in this century.

Old habits are hard to break. GE filed a NT-10k on March 27th.
Why the doom and gloom here? This is not the end of the game, only the beginning. There have been a lot more then 1000 sample taken since January of 97. I will know more this week.
