IMHO Texas should be experiencing perfect weather lately!

Last few weeks, yes the weather was very wet! I would think
it not a problem now. It could have interfered with the schedule,
and a rig could have been in use somewhere else, but if they were
keeping a schedule of first come first serve things should be
happening. I reported a rig on site weeks ago. My brother and
a best friend just came from there.
