Hello Paul & Brooke, I wish I had the time because I would LOVE to do it for TAOTL.... My problem is I have too many things going on and not enough time to complete them.. That's why I always said that Chan is an inspiration...... With all the man does, he still has time to do more, and do it well... As for the Indicators, I would rather let a good trade go by then get into a bad one..... I realize that I can not buy all the winners so I settle for just a few. This game is all about percentages so I try to stack the deck in my favor... StochRSI (14) MUST give me a buy signal for me to even look at the chart. Once I look I MUST see StochRSI (8-5) already crossed UP THROUGH 20 and MOVING in the right direction. I do not care if Dahl's Primary trend (Dahl), Dave's New System (DNS), or MACD (13-34-89) are long, BUT , they MUST be moving in the right direction, UP! From there I move into Advanced GET (GET) to look at Optimized Parabolic SAR. I realize that you can not Optimize Parabolic SAR in MSWIN for a scan BUT I wonder if you can Once you are looking at the Chart? Now, every one is different so what I consider a must may only be a guideline for the next person. Maybe you are looking at a chart and just get that "GOOD FEELING" about it. Maybe every Indicator I mentioned is right except one. Do you buy, or do you curse me for including that one silly Indicator? THAT's up to you!! There have been times when something told me to "Give it a little slack" and other times when I was more particular. It's really up to the trader and his or her mindset.. With that said, I need to speak to the newer traders out there. Please do not listen to what I just said! You need to follow rules on each and every trade. Do not THINK when you trade, only REACT!!! If I break my own rules and lose money that's the cost of doing business. If you lose money breaking the rules it could stop you from trading and that would be a shame.. You are on these Boards to learn about TA and develop systems that will help you make money. Please do not do anything to hinder your progress. Follow YOUR own rules and you will be OK. Dave Evans
