I hope you really don't believe that. 2 big reasons. 1. It took ALOT of money all at once to stop the fall and reverse up, only BIG institutions have that kind of money and power. 2. Many, many small investors could not even get thru to their broker, when the turnaround happened. To say the small investor brought back the DOW the next day to previous levels is both naive and, and preposterous.
